Does sealer get applied to the wood car (cutout from the wood block) first, or does the yellow (or green) paint get applied first?
Both the color paint and the sealer/paint came in the custom finishing kit. The instructions aren’t clear.

MANVILLE: Annual Scouting dinner notes leaderâs accomplishments
Every year, Manville Cub Scouts and Boys Scouts gather to recognize the Scoutsâ accomplishments, but this yearâs annual Blue and Gold Dinner at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2290 turned its attention to Scoutmaster Jim Kelly.

OLM Hosts Derby Race
The local Cub Scouts of America Pack 119 held their annual Pinewood Derby Car Races at the Our Lady of Malibu School last week Wednesday. Using cars they had built, 38 Cub Scout boys competed in four heats. The finalists included first place winner David Kraft and second place winner Tommy Laubender.
