My son is trying to find a good eagle scout project. The project must have approximately 70 to 80 man hours involved using the other scouts (about 20) as his “team” to complete the project. I want something that can make a difference that would mean a lot to him. Do you have any good ideas?

I’m looking for ideas for community service projects for cub scouts besides picking up trash in a park, which we already do every spring. I am especially interested in something that involves nature or conservation.
