News-Times/Steve Moseley Wolf Den leader Tom Franklin helps Pack 173 Cub Scouts Austin VanHorn and Zachary Oakleaf create an airplane from salvaged trash items in the basement of the NRD in York. Cub Pack 173 visited the NRD to learn how to Reduce, Reuse and Recycle to earn a conservation award.

Vestaburg Cub Scout Pack No. 3076 earn trophies at Pinewood Derby
