VINELAND — The Boys & Girls Club of Vineland offers a hip-hop dance program for youths from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesdays at Carl Arthur Recreation Center, 304 W. Plum St. Membership is only $10 annually, which includes all club programs.
