Shipments of Girl Scout cookies began arriving in the St. Louis area today. More than 2.9 million boxes of cookies are slated for the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri, said Janet Vigen Levy, a spokeswoman for the Eastern Missouri council. That’s a street value of $10.4 million.
