The Boy Scouts from Troop 84 and the Cub Scouts from Pack 84 visited the Battleship New Jersey, camping onboard during their recent weekend visit. Feuer Leads Vote Against Boy Scouts, Sacramento Dems Refuse to Honor 100th Anniversary
San Gabriel Valley – Democrats of the Assembly Judiciary Committee Tuesday blocked a resolution to honor the Boy Scouts of America for their nearly 100 years of service to the country on a party-line vote in which seven Democrats won 7 to 3, Committee Chairman, West Hollywood Assemblyman Mike Feuer said that he opposed the resolution because “gays are not allowed to serve as troop leaders.”
