Big brother Froylan and big sister Ashlyn are proud to announce the birth of their baby sister, Annalyn Mariah Gonzalez. Annalyn was born July 30, at Chandler Regional Hospital. She weighed 8 pounds, 7 ounces, and was 1 foot, 9 inches long.

Eagle Scout Ryan Thomas Kasson was honored June 26 at a court of honor held by the Boy Scouts of America Troop 450 of Nipomo at Nipomo High School. Kasson, who just graduated from Nipomo High, earned the rank of Eagle Scout on March 16 after completing his district board of review.
