I need ideas for a neat float for cub scouts! Fall parade?

All I can find is Christmas floats and this is for a fall harvest parade. There really is no theme for the parade, just what ever each one wants to represent. We had a “fort” theme this year, but I wanted to have something awesome for next year with a cub scout theme. I thought if I started now I would have plenty of time to finish!

How do I deal with this situation at Cub Scouts? There is this boy at the meetings who keeps distrupting the ?

meetings. He really is horrible. His mother is there, but not in the room. We are constantly telling him to be quiet and to sit down. I am really at my wits end because we spend more time telling him to behave than having a meeting. I am at the point where I just want to pull my son out because we are not getting anything out of it. How should I handle this?
